Traditional Chinese Vinegary sauce
/Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- ½ tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. minced/shredded peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. shredded scallions
- 1 pinch white pepper powder
- 1 tsp. hot oil or red-hot pepper flakes (to make spicy)
Add everything in a small bowl to mix well, then add scallion when it is ready.
